About sending the orders

All purchases made in our store are verified by our staff before being accepted. Once the stock has been checked, we will contact you to confirm the order


Changes or refunds can be a consequence of two types of reasons:

· Those that by circumstance such as an error in the selection of the size, a change of taste after the purchase, .... etc.

· Those motivated by "tare or defect" in the article or product.

In the first case, the exchange or return period is 15 DAYS. The return can be made by post or by the means that the client deems appropriate with the expenses borne by the customer.

The return package must include the order number, name and address of the customer. The products will be returned in their original packaging.

The client will have at his disposal a VALE, without expiration, for the value of the purchase, without including the shipping costs.

In the second case, when the change is motivated by a defect or defect, the trade is obliged to repair that defect or defect, and if it were not possible to repair it, it would be obliged to replace it with an article or product of identical characteristics. this last one was not possible the commerce would proceed to the return of the money
